Protect Our Dolphins

Only vegetarian food was served at this event. Local produce was used for many of the dishes. Zucchini gluten-free cupcakes, vegan cupcakes and dolphin themed cupcakes were served. A Merryl Brown Events staff member sorted all waste generated by the event; leftover wheatgrass was used for tortoise food after the event, other excess food from the event was donated to Casa Esperanza, a homeless shelter in Santa Barbara.
